CNC Roll Lathe
We mainly use this series of machine tools for the pass processing of rolls. It can also turn the outer circle and roll neck of rolls, and can also turn parts similar to rolls. - The CK8465 CNC roll lathe bed adopts an overall 4+1 guide rail structure; specifically, they arrange four rectangular guide rails horizontally.
- On the bed to provide the movement and positioning of the saddle and tailstock respectively, and an auxiliary guide rail is set on the vertical surface of the front side of the bed.
- Auxiliary support for the bed saddle. This ensures that the bed saddle and tool holder have better rigidity and can withstand greater cutting torque.
- Moreover, the base guide rail of the bed adopts overall ultrasonic quenching.
