Product Introduction of CNC roller processing machine tool:

The XK9350 series CNC rebar roll crescent groove milling machine is suitable for processing rolls with a diameter less than 500mm and a length less than 2500mm.

It can automatically process various specifications of crescent grooves and contour rib grooves for φ6~φ50 rebar rolls (fully compliant with GB1499-2018 standards).

The machine tool can automatically cut crescent grooves with different rotation directions and any helix angle according to customer requirements.

Supports equal or unequal divisions around the roll circumference.

Automatically engraves product specifications, grade, and trademark.

Engraving function not available on models XK9350F and MTC2540.

We can process non-standard rolls with any groove shape, text, and markings according to user requirements.

• Upgraded Guide Rail Structure
  A new rolling arc guide rail supports the milling head, enhancing rigidity and significantly improving rotational sensitivity and positioning accuracy.
• Enhanced Power System
  A high-power 2.2KW motor drives the washing motor to ensure stable performance during cutting.
• Precision Transmission System
  The machine uses ball screw transmission in the longitudinal direction. Controlled by the CNC system, it enables automatic and accurate positioning from one hole pattern to the next without manual intervention.
• Optimized Tailstock Structure
  The tailstock adopts a fixed center combined with a high-precision rotating spindle. This avoids the issue of poor support rigidity found in conventional movable centers.
