CNGA-Integrated composite PCBN cutting tool

CNGA series solid sintered PCBN tools feature a diamond shape, crafted from raw CBN micropowder and binders, then processed at high heat and ultra-high pressure. The complete blade block is solid CBN without any central hole. Special tool holders are required, and they are mainly deployed in roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing operations.

Since the entire blade is fabricated from solid CBN, the solid sintered PCBN insert offers numerous cutting edges, maximum blade blank utilization, and greater transverse rupture strength. It is processed with advanced production tech and can endure temperatures of 1400 degrees. It handles heavy interrupted, light interrupted, and continuous cutting, making it ideal for deep cuts at high speeds.
