WNGA-Integrated composite PCBN blade

The WNGA series belongs to the integral composite structure of PCBN blades. They are directly sintered through high-temperature and high-pressure processes. The thickness of the PCBN composite layer can reach 1 to 2 mm, which is much thicker than that of conventional products. Moreover, the material is dense and uniform. Both the upper and lower surfaces of the blade are made of PCBN material. Combined with the center hole positioning design, it ensures the repeatability of clamping positioning accuracy. In terms of processing performance, this blade supports a cutting depth of 0 to 5 mm, covering the entire process from semi-finishing to finishing. Its core advantages lie in the extremely high bonding strength between the base material and the composite layer, without the defect of weld separation as in traditional welded blades; at the same time, the multi-edge design and excellent high-temperature resistance enable it to withstand heavy chip loads and perform continuous and light intermittent cutting scenarios, significantly improving processing reliability under harsh conditions.
