TNGA-Integrated composite PCBN blade

The TCGA series of integral composite PCBN blades features a triangular geometry, produced through high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure bonding. These inserts are distinguished by their high-density, ultra-thick (1–2 mm) composite layer. Designed with a central positioning hole and a PCBN-coated face, they are highly effective for semi-precision and precision machining of gray cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, heat-resistant alloys, and quenched steel.

These monolithic composite PCBN tools are engineered to excel in demanding machining environments, offering increased cutting depths and superior impact resistance. With a higher number of cutting edges and enhanced thermal stability, the design eliminates desoldering issues. The robust bond strength between the composite layer and the substrate ensures exceptional performance in both continuous and light intermittent cutting applications at depths of up to 5 mm.
