In the demanding environment of modern rolling mills, the choice of rolls has a direct impact on productivity, product quality, and operational costs. Our high-performance cast iron rolls are engineered to excel under extreme conditions, delivering unmatched durability and reliability for a wide range of applications.

Precisely Engineered Materials for Exceptional Results
We specialize in manufacturing four main types of cast iron rolls, each designed to meet specific rolling requirements:
General Cast Iron Rolls
Ideal for sheet mills, three-high plate mills, wire and bar mills, and section steel mills, these rolls offer excellent surface hardness and wear resistance. They are available in chilled cast iron, medium-alloy indefinite chilled cast iron, and medium-alloy nodular cast iron variants, providing cost-effective performance for standard applications.
High Nickel-Chromium Indefinite Chilled Composite Cast Iron Rolls
Using advanced overflow or centrifugal casting processes, these rolls feature a uniform distribution of graphite within the working layer, ensuring outstanding wear resistance and thermal stability. They are widely used in wide, medium, and heavy plate mills, as well as strip mills, where consistent performance is critical.
High-Chromium Composite Cast Iron Rolls
These rolls contain 12%–22% chromium. Their unique microstructure provides exceptional abrasion resistance. This structure contains Cr₇C₃, Mo₂C, and Cr₂₃C₆ carbides. They are the preferred choice for roughing and early finishing stands. They excel in hot strip mills, wide and medium plate mills, and small bar/strip finishing mills.
Alloy Nodular Cast Iron Rolls
Known for high tensile strength and the ability to withstand heavy loads, these rolls offer superior wear and thermal shock resistance. Our cast iron rolls perform reliably in large blooming mills, section steel mills, bar continuous mills, and large seamless tube mills.

Why Choose Our Cast Iron Rolls?
Advanced Manufacturing Processes: We use centrifugal composite casting. We also use overflow methods. These ensure a perfectly bonded interface. This bond is between the shell and core. It enhances roll stability. It extends service life.
Optimized Microstructure: Our products work in all mill types: continuous, semi-continuous, CSP, and Steckel mills. Globally trusted for robustness and consistency.
Proven Performance Across Mill Types: Our products operate in diverse mill types. They perform in continuous, semi-continuous, CSP, and Steckel mills. Their robustness is trusted worldwide. Their consistency is also globally recognized.
