Production process
Selection of high-quality raw materials
High-quality rolls are inseparable from high-quality raw materials. Through processes such as heating, forging, quenching, annealing, and precision cutting, these raw materials are processed into high-performance rolls.
Precision machining

Surface cleaning treatment
Before packing, we professionally clean each roll to remove surface residues and prevent contamination and scratches.
Rust prevention and protection treatment
Steel rolls are prone to rust due to exposure to air during transportation. We protect all rolls (including tungsten carbide rolls) with protective treatments, such as anti-oxidation coating, PE film wrapping or sealed packing to prevent corrosion and external damage.
Selection of shockproof packing materials
During long-distance transportation, the rolls may be subject to vibration and collision. We use high-strength shockproof materials to cushion and protect the rolls to ensure safety and integrity during transportation.
A special person responsible for packing
Each packing link is responsible for a special person, from measurement to material selection, all are strictly controlled. Especially for high-precision tungsten carbide rolls, a more detailed packing process is required to ensure that the product is delivered to customers intact.
